Example

A user playing as Donald Trump debates Joe Biden. After each message, Biden responds with a humorous counter-argument, such as 'You’ve been banned from Twitter! How can you even campaign?' Meanwhile, the user's support rate fluctuates based on their performance.

Scenario

In this scenario, the player must send compelling messages to sway public opinion. If the player isn't persuasive enough, their support drops. The debate ends after five rounds or if the support rate reaches a decisive victory.

Example

As the user progresses through the debate, each of their arguments (or mistakes) will impact their support rate. For instance, if the user responds poorly to a tough question, their support might drop from 45% to 38%.

Scenario

In this scenario, a player might be faced with a tough opponent's question on healthcare. A weak response could result in an 8% drop in support, while a witty or informed answer could help them gain a small boost.

Example

After a debate round, the game throws in a curveball, such as a campaign rally disrupted by a protester or a personal scandal going viral. The user must respond and see how the event affects their support.

Scenario

For instance, the player may face an event where their candidate's tax returns are leaked. Regardless of the response, the event will likely damage the candidate’s reputation, forcing them to manage the fallout.
